Visitor check-in process
Visitors need permission to visit the school, which can be done by calling the Admin Office beforehand.
On arrival, visitors must complete the ‘check in’ process. A staff member or teacher will escort visitors around the school grounds.
If parents or guardians need to drop off items, such as food, clothes or medicine, they must leave them with the Admin Office staff.
Under no circumstances, are parents or guardians allowed to walk into the school building.
Drop-off and Pick-Up Routine
School starts at 8:00 am and ends at 16:00. Children can play on school grounds until 17:00. Therefore, parents can pick up their children either between 16:00 and 17:00 or let them join after-school activities
Besides the aforementioned times, the front gate remains closed at all times. Staff members may be reached by contacting the Admin Office.
Parents (or Guardians) must inform LJS about any person(s) who is authorized to pick up their child (see inscription form).
If / when the situation changes, parents must inform the Admin Office BEFORE the scheduled pick-up time. Monday through Friday School Hour:

* After School Programs
Most clubs are free and we offer a wide range of clubs that aim to introduce the child to potential hobbies, develop particular sports, provide language learning. In addition, there are book clubs specifically for primary students.
Student Registration System
Student registration takes place twice a year. For the 1st Semester, it starts from mid-July and for the 2nd Semester it starts from mid-Dec for the Primary level. Kindergarten students can register at any time. Registration takes place in the LJS Admin Office, from Monday to Friday (8:00-16:00).
- For each new student the registration fee is 10% of total school fees (350 USD) and also requires submission of the following documents:
- A completed Application Form
- A copy of the child’s birth certificate and/or the child’s house registration
- 2 copies of a recent photograph of the child
- 2 copies of a recent photograph of parents, relatives or designated guardian to issue a Pick-Up Card (at least 2 people)
- For repeat students, only the child’s ID number is required to complete the registration process.
